Saturday Spankings, December 21

Happy Saturday everyone – I can’t believe how close to Christmas we are. Even in this busy time I didn’t want to pass up the chance to be part of Saturday Spankings.
I decide to continue with Cassie’s perhaps misguided plan to head to the adult toy store. She has convinced the girls to accompany her.  Nonetheless, are a little stunned to find themselves actually in the store.  There is no spanking in this snippet, but you might like Cassie's impressions of her first foray into a sex shop. Now if Tom finds out well, use your imagination.

I moved to check out the nearest counter and laughed as Sue, Annie, and Beth all followed me in a bunch. “Back off, girls.” I laughed. “I’m not going through this place in a pod.”
One thing I did learn about adult toys... heaven help me, but everything vibrates! We had entered a treasure trove of vibrators, lotions, sex toys, paddles, crops, floggers, whips, cuffs, chains, and various novelties.
We also saw a plethora of items I suppose were to take the place of a man if you don’t have one of your own. This realization did not shock me, but the life-sized crystal sculptures of this particular part of the male anatomy amazed me. They were absolutely beautiful, but surely they were only meant as art and not for, ummm... use. But where on earth would one display such works of art?

Christmas is coming, maybe you'd like to treat yourself to just one more book.

Blurb: Meet Cassie, a former wild child, who meets her match, and creates the match of a lifetime. To nearly all who know her now, Cassie is a vivacious, sweet southern lady, who is the epitome of grace and proper behavior. Look a tiny bit closer and you’ll see that Cassie has another side – the one whose language could make a sailor blush as she drinks him under the table.

Thanks to her loving husband Tom, who even after thirty years of marriage, never hesitates to put Cassie over his knee when she strays too far from his view of ladylike behavior, few people other than close old friends know this side of Cassie exists.
Cassie and Tom show that love and passion are not the sole property of the young. Love and passion grows and changes with age. While aging may bring on challenges – the love and passion between these two people only grows stronger.

  3. I loved this Pk. She could keep it on her dressing table. It would be an excellent place to hang her jewellery :)

  4. This reminds me of my first time in an adult toy store. I went with a friend who frequented the place and I was red faced the entire time!! Thank goodness her husband wasn't able to join and play a practical joke... Thanks for the memory and congrats on the release. :)

    1. That first trip is always a real eye opener. We went to one in LA with a half wall down the middle, written on it in letters three feet tall was "Relax, it's only sex."

  5. Sex toys do spend their lives in darkened toy boxes don't they? Now if Cassie puts it on display Tom is going to notice....

There are many people I've know in life that help me describe things through Cassie's eyes.

    1. I'm not sure that many men would want this particular piece of art in their bedroom.

  13. I used to have a notion that I wanted a novelty vibrator collection. My husband pretty well snipped that in the bud. :) Cassie's take on the store was much more mature than my own was when visiting an adult store in my youth, but that was before they were popular.

    1. Well I'd say Cassie is reasonably mature (Tom might not), but she found the place so very interesting.

  14. Yup, as I recall, Cassie neglected to mention where she would be shopping when Tom agreed to let her have an "afternoon" with the girls. If she buys one of those decorative items, I don't think he'll be pleased. Great snippet.

I think you are right here. That's one decretive item that will not be out in Tom's house.
