Saturday Spanking - Painful consequences, June 26

I’m happy to be back at Saturday Spanking! I found several books to buy last week and I’m back looking for more. This blog hop is the best for helping you load your kindle.
My snippet is from Cassie’s Influence and begins shortly after last week’s snippet. Cassie has been rude and openly defiant to Tom – both seriously offences on Tom’s reasons to spank. Cassie has hung up on him and deliberately worn a bathing suit she knew would make Tom blow a gasket. This begins near the middle of Cassie’s spanking; yes there’s more to come. I may be a couple of sentences over - but Tom talks in short, precise sentences when he lectures.

"This morning you didn't get your way, and you let your temper tantrum take over and that's exactly what got you in this position." Tom then gave the following 'commandments' each punctuated with a dozen or so hard swats from the devil brush.
"I will not accept defiance from you."

"You will listen to me."

"You will do as I tell you."

I'd felt overwhelming relief when he had stopped to rub a little for me, but I soon realize that all he had done was allow enough time to let the numbness that had started to completely dissipate and once again every swat was excruciating.
"And now," Tom continued. Good grief, how much more was on his list? He let go with a torrent of spanks on my upper thighs that nearly had me coming straight up off his lap.
"What the hell was that for?" I couldn't help shouting. Two more hard pops followed as Tom said, "You don't want to go there, girl - that was for hanging up on me, do it again and you'll get worse.

Blurb:
Intentionally or not, Cassie’s influence spreads. Sue’s marriage had improved through Cassie’s influence.  However when Sue’s marriage unexpectedly takes a turn for the worse, Sue pushes for the solution she feels will work, a solution that could put Cassie on a collision course with the ivory brush.

Allie and Ryan are both feeling influence from Cassie and Tom. Cassie doesn't mean to lead Allie astray - but Allie sees Cassie as a role model. Every adventure, old or new, captures Allie's attention which increases her desire to be more like her mentor. But for better or worse, Ryan is just as determined to be like Tom.
The Cassie books don’t have to be read in order, but if you are ready to jump in the first four can now be found in the  Cassie Box Set. It’s a great deal.

Saturday Spanking - Poor Choice, June 20

Happy Saturday Spankings. I’m through school for this year and I come here to this great blog hop to fill up my kindle. I hope you’ll pick up at least one of the Cassie books during the summer. You can read them in any order – try one, I think you’ll like them. But if you like to go in order they are Cassie’s Space, Cassie’s Tale, Cassie onthe Move, Cassie’s River living. These first four can be found in a box set. The next is Cassie’s Conflict and the one pulling my snippet from today, Cassie’s Influence.

Last week Cassie was telling about a little bathing suit she had the first year she and Tom were married. When Tom demands she change into something more appropriate Cassie destroys the bathing suit and angrily throws it at Tom. Tom keeps his cool and only tells her to pick the suit up and throw it away before he leaves for his meeting.

Instead Cassie heads out with Sue to find a suit smaller suit, one even Sue warns against. Wearing this new suit to the pool, where she is the center of attention, Cassie waits for Tom to join her. Instead he calls her at the pool bar.

"Cassie, you have two minutes to get up here and get this bathing suit off the floor. I wasn't kidding this morning and I'm not kidding now, you better move." Tom's demanding tone set my blood to boiling again.
"If you want the damn suit picked up, do it yourself!" I snapped in fury.
"So help me I'm going..." I had absolutely no interests in hearing what he was going to do so I hung up on him. I grabbed my drink and downed it in one gulp. Turning to scan the crowd, I saw Sue looking at me and shaking her head. She took one finger and slid it across her throat. Maybe that was when reality crashed down on me. I wasn't worried about a slit throat – that might have been quick and painless. I suddenly realized what was coming, and I knew it would be neither quick nor painless.

Saturday Spanking - Summer Wear, June 13

It’s Saturday again! My summer vacation officially starts Monday afternoon and I need plenty to fill up my Kindle, I can’t think of a better place to start than at the best blog hop ever.
I’m sticking with snippets from Cassie’s Influence. After Cassie and Tom spot Allie in the tiniest bathing suit ever, Cassie reminisces about a time during the first year of their marriage, when Tom didn’t exactly approve of her bathing suit choice. After Tom insists Cassie change, Cassie tries to ease her anger by complaining to Sue on an impromptu shopping trip.

"Tom didn't like my new bathing suit, he said it was inappropriate for a married woman to wear in public."
"Oh good grief!" Sue moaned. "What's his problem? He's more old fashion than my granny. That suit looks great on you, just wear it and tell him to kiss your ass."
"I can't – it's cut up in little pieces," I told her.

"What? That son-of-a-bitch! He didn't? Cassie, you need to kick his ass to the curb."
Sue was steamed and while I liked her being mad on my behalf, I had to tell her I was the one who cut it up. She laughed then, "In that case, good for you, but tell me why in the world, after all that, are you going out to find a bathing suit he'd approve of?"
I turned to give Sue a small smile. "Who says he's going to approve of it?"

Saturday Spanking - Allie gets burned, June 6

Welcome back to Saturday Spankings, the best place to discover and sample some wonderful books in our favorite genre. My summer is almost here and I plan to read as much as I can every day.
I’m staying with Cassie’s Influence today. Last week, Ryan gave Allie an out on the spanking if she really wanted it, but she asked him to spank her. She had seen the benefits. Once the decision was made Ryan cut her no more slack. Allie reported all to Cassie and Sue, that he had first made her take off her jeans and panties and…

Then he had me bend over the back of the couch, I didn't like that at all, but I figured it wasn't a good time to complain. He started spanking me with his hand, but it seemed to hurt way more than when I'm over his lap, maybe he had a better swing but it was awful. I was in a terrible position, my feet barely touching the floor and I wanted to reach back so bad. I didn't hear all of what he was telling me, but some of it was some of the things that had happened to girl who had been to some of those frat parties.
Finally, I was begging him to please stop. He did finally did, but when I tried to get up, he wouldn't let me.
"You stay right where you are, I'm not finished. Don't move." I could tell he stepped away from the couch. I was dying to rub. My butt was killing me, but I didn't want to add anything to what he might be planning. When he came back, he put his hand on my back and said, "Some people who steal cars are arrested and have to go to court, you should be glad you get to skip all that, and go right to the punishment."

C is for Casting

I feel like a cheat - I didn't sign up of Spanking AtoZ and I know I won't be able to post often but Patty Devlin gave me a wonderful idea to spend some time casting Cassie and her friend for the movie fantasy in my head. I have posted some pictures before of what I thought the some of the cast looks like but I tried to do the whole group. There is only one person that defies casting - I have many ideas, but I just can't get it. Could you please help?

Please go by HERE,  and let me hear your ideas. Thanks guys!

Another great book - Alien Embrace

I’m a great lover of reading and books and out here I usually only push spanking books – with one exception. Donna Steele isn’t only a great writer, she is a close friend and I love her work. She is trying self-publishing for the first time and I’d like to help her advertise as much as possible.

This new book, Alien Embrace is great – I got to read it early. Donna was the first writer to draw me into Science fiction. She does a great job with it – if you’re a fan of sci-fi, you’ll love it. If you tend to shy away from sci-fi, you’ll love it too. I guess that the sign of a great writer. I hope you’ll give it a try.

The Story

When Lori Sullivan wakes in the hospital with no memories, her first response is panic. Then psychiatrist Dr. Mark Greene shows up in her room, top of the rotation for emergency patients. Mark seems familiar somehow, though he doesn’t seem to know her.

Mark is instantly drawn to this new patient with the strange, beautiful eyes. She’s vulnerable and lost, and he finds himself caught in the position of wanting more than a professional relationship with Lori.

Neither one can see what a relationship between the two of them will lead to, for them or for the planet.

Excerpt -

Mark was at the hospital before eight the next morning. He was trying not to admit the pull the woman had on him, but he did want to see if she had remembered any more.
She was eating her breakfast when he arrived. Her welcoming smile caused his heart to stutter. She beckoned him in. What was it about her? He answered with a smile of his own, and took the seat beside the bed.
"Has Dr. Jacobi been by yet?"
She shook her head. "I haven't seen anyone but the woman with the tray this morning." She took a delicate bite of the toast as though making the meal last.
"Did you sleep well?"
The smile slipped a little then. "Not really."
"You should have asked the nurses for something to help you."
"I think I was afraid that I wouldn't wake up again." That rueful smile came, but her eyes sparkled as though sharing a secret with him.
He chuckled, but shook his head. "I should have had them give you something over the counter. That's very mild, but relaxes you enough to get some sleep."
"It wasn't that bad, and I did doze. Besides, all I've done for the last three days is sleep, so maybe I was slept out."
Before he could respond, the door opened and Dr. Jacobi joined them. Lori jumped, frightened, then relaxed as she recognized the older man. He was going to have a word with Jacobi, Mark decided. He could at least have tapped on the door before entering. His bedside manner definitely needed some work.
"Mark, didn't expect to see you here, but I'm glad you are. I've gotten the results of all of the tests. I have to admit I don't know what caused the coma. There are no drugs in your system, much less any that would cause that kind of reaction. Your scans are all picture perfect. If I didn't know better, I'd think they were using you to write the medical texts.
"I'm going to release you, but I'd like you to come in for a follow-up in two weeks. Or if you're going to be seeing Dr. Greene, check in with him."
Mark spotted the look of fear that came into those beautiful eyes. She hadn't remembered anything.
Dr. Jacobi continued. "I've already taken care of your paperwork, so let the nurses know when you're ready to leave. They'll take you down." He patted Lori's shoulder in a paternal, or possibly a patronizing, way and said his goodbyes.
Lori sat there a little stunned. "Well, I guess I'm sprung." She didn't sound happy about this new freedom.
"Look," he found himself saying. "I have a little time before office hours. Why don't I see you home?"
A swift look of gratitude was quickly hidden. "I can't—"
"Please? I really do have some time." He was supposed to be doing paperwork. He always set aside Monday mornings and Friday afternoons for that, because most people didn't want appointments at those hours.
"Th-thank you. I would appreciate it."
He smiled then, and his pleasure grew at her answering smile. "Do you need any help getting dressed?” At the shake of her head, he nodded. “I'll be out at the nurse's station."

She was ready in no time, and he found himself appreciating the light summer weight dress she wore. The basic color was tan, short, with a flirty hemline that moved with her, and displayed her hips to advantage. The teal belt, which matched the fabric at the V-neck of the dress, and caused her eyes to blaze with color, covered her trim waist. She was lovely. He had to shake himself to move forward.
