Saturday Spanking - Worry...

Welcome to Saturday Spankings! I’m heading to Mexico and many of my favorite writers are coming with me on my Kindle. I choose many of my books by reading snippets here. Today’s snippet comes from Cassie Corralled. As soon as I get back I’ll begin sharing snippets from the newest Cassie book, Cassie’s Road Trip.

An old friend has come for a visit. Janet is someone Tom dislikes intensely and only with the greatest reluctance agrees to let Cassie spend time with her. Although everything is fine at first Janet and Cassie have a huge fight that upsets Cassie. Sue and Annie drop Cassie off at home after the disagreement telling her not to let it bother her.  

Lily was at the house, but I didn’t feel like talking. I spoke to her and then went to my room to change. Part of me was tired from my encounter with Janet, but the leftover adrenalin in my stomach was making me feel a little sick. I couldn’t settle down. I was jumpy and didn’t really know why. I knew Tom was likely to spank me once I’d told him I’d gone out that morning, but that wasn’t enough to cause this feeling. Gradually I began to realize something wasn’t right. My heart seemed to be pounding and I couldn’t catch my breath. A sudden pain in my chest caused me to cry out for Lily as I realized I was having a heart attack.
