Saturday Spanking - January 24

I love Saturdays and I love being part of Saturday Spankings. I only hope enough people are drawn to my books to off set what I’m spending on all the great books I find though the Saturday Spankings snippets.

Last week we left Cassie and Tom at a doctor visit that Tom had made without consulting Cassie. Cassie ranted so much Tom had told her he didn’t want to hear another words and being the obedient wife Cassie remained silent even as the nurse tried to do a workup. Tom was not pleased…

Tom got up as the nurse left and looked me right in the eye, “You better get hold of yourself, girl. You fainted last night and I want you checked out – I expect you to answer Richard’s questions fully and honestly. I’ve had enough of this behavior, it stops now or you are going to feel the remnant of my displeasure for the rest of the afternoon.”
I didn’t respond and Tom sat back down. I know my doctor well – I have no objection to regular checkups. Although he is very thorough, he also knows that Tom can be a worrywart. He swung into the room with a smile on his face. “Good to see you, Cassie. What’s wrong today?”
“Not a damn thing,” I answered truthfully just as Tom had instructed me.
“Cassie!” Tom came to his feet as Richard roared with laughter.

Seems Cassie can’t win even if she does what Tom says!

Cassie’s Conflict is available now at
Amazon and Barnes and Noble

Blurb : Cassie is one busy lady. The new country club/spa has opened and the whole gang is enjoying all the amenities. That is until a new club member, Clara, begins to ride roughshod over everyone.  The situation worsens until it becomes physical, but even that doesn’t stop it.

Cassie seems to find little conflicts everywhere she turns, but it’s not always her fault. Tom is over protective about her health, sending Cassie into a tantrum. In addition, a few things happen on the girl’s trip that lands Cassie, as well as the other ladies, in even more hot water.  Through it all Tom is there to love and protect Cassie in his own unique way.

I hope you'll give all the Cassie books a read.

  1. Poor Cassie, she's damned if she does and damned if she doesn't.

    1. So true, but add to that she has the heart of a brat at times...

  2. Oh dear, Cassie can't win whether she answers or not. She does love to push Tom's patience. Her reply made me giggle.

  4. Oh no! I don't think that's what Tom meant when he said to answer the doctor's questions fully and honestly!

  5. Love it.

And hope you have better luck than I. I never seem to sell enough to offset what I spend.

    1. It is kinda a losing battle. I think we're really writing just to help offset our spending on books.
