Saturday Spanking - Watch your language

Welcome to Saturday Spankings! I’m putting up excerpts from Cassie’s Influence, the fifth in the Cassie’s Space series. 

 

Sue and Steve were enjoying their first Christmas season living at the river and Sue decided she wanted a tree, even though they rarely had in the past. She managed to picked out the largest one on the lot and get it home. The men, swearing they had never see a tree that size, decided it must be a redwood. 

 

Steve, Tom and Ryan walked around the massive tree simply staring. Steve began again with mock gruffness. "Do you have any idea how hard it's going to be to get this thing up and ready to decorate?" I could tell Steve wasn't really upset at all.

"I'm not worried," Sue said, smiling. "I have total confidence in you three. Now you all just pop the tree up and we'll decorate it and then Allie will feed us."

Steve's eyes began twinkling and I could tell, sure as the world, he was hatching a plan. He studied all the people in the room, then asked Sue, "Do you trust Ryan?"

"Do I trust Ryan?" Sue repeated. "Yeah, I guess," she agreed suspiciously. "Why?"

"You have just handed us a mountain of work without even asking. Our plans were to come home from golfing and take a nice quiet nap. I think to pay for this tonight, you're going to get one swat for every time this little chore makes one of us cuss. Ryan can keep score."

"Hell, no!" Sue said at once. "That's not fair. You could cuss a blue streak just for meanness."

"I promise to try to restrain myself, but that's the price you're going to have to pay for getting this tree put up." I could see that Steve was clearly enjoying himself and I was too.

"Son-of-a-bitch," Sue muttered quietly. "Fine," she snapped. "Just get on with it."

"No problem, Ryan, what's the score so far?" Steve wanted to know.

"Two," Ryan answered gleefully.

"Two?" Sue yelled. "He hasn't cussed once yet. What the hell are you counting?"

"Three!" the rest of us all shouted together.

We were all laughing as Steve reiterated, "I said if this little chore made any of us cuss."

Sue looked like she wanted to bite someone. And before I could quit laughing, Allie piped up with, "Oh hell, that's too bad."

She surprised me, but never one to be left out I shook my head at Sue and said sadly, "Yes, it's a damn shame."

Saturday Spankings - A Deception

 

Happy Saturday everyone! I’m moving on to book six of the Cassie’s Space Series, Cassie’s Influence. Cassie and Sue need to do some shopping before the gang head off for California. They shopped, dined and got home safe and sound and that should have been the end of it. But Cassie’s darling husband, Tom, doesn’t miss much…

 

I barely washed my face. I was worn out. I slipped my shoes off my aching feet and padded to the bed. Tom undressed the rest of me. Lying back in the bed felt like floating on a cloud. I was so comfortable and content. I snuggled down on the bed as Tom began rubbing my back. It felt like heaven as Tom quietly talked to me about his day and his evening. It would have been the end of the perfect day had my sweet husband not decided to give me a foot massage.

Pulling the covers from my feet I heard a surprised sound. Then Tom asked sharply, "Cassie, what did you do to your feet?"

My feet? What was wrong with my feet? Self-preservation told me being asleep was my best bet. So I began muttering as if I were fading fast. "They're fine."

"They're swollen, badly."

Oh, that was not good. I hadn't even realized that they were swollen. Gracious, how many husbands would have even noticed? This was going to take some finesse. In my vagueness, sleepiest voice I murmured, "Walking…"

"Walking doesn't cause your feet to swell. They only swell when you fly. Girl, where did you go today?" His voice was no longer gentle. "Cassie, answer me."

There was no way I was saying another word. I stopped muttering and just concentrated on breathing slowly and deeply. I needed time to think. I knew the whole story was probably going to come out, but putting that moment off was the only thing on my mind.

Still standing beside me, Tom lay his hand on my naked bottom. "I know you're not asleep. We'll wait until morning if that's the way you want it. But understand this, pretending to be asleep is just one more deception."

Saturday Spankings - Listening in the night

Welcome to Saturday Spankings! Here we are in a slightly off kilter world. Unless you’re close to 115 years old you have no memory of a pandemic. It’s not the easiest thing we’ve been through, but we will get through it. Spanking stories are not the main thing on everyone’s minds at this time, but sometimes, just for a moment we need to take a step away from reality and find a soft place to fall. For many of us it might be in the books we choose to read. I definitely see the Cassie’s Space series as a soft place to fall. I hope you do. Today’s snippet is from Cassie’s Tale.

Cassie and Sue had taken the boat out that night without running it by Tom and Steve. Neither man was pleased with his wife. When Sue and Steve headed to the house, Tom took advantage of the privacy of the dock to take care of things with Cassie. Steve waited until bedtime…

Not much later, Tom and I decided to retire early. Living alone we never had to worry about making noise when we made love, but with the thin walls at this house it was a consideration. As it happened, it only served to add to our evening. Somehow having to make love in total silence made me feel like we were sneaking around, and it turned into one of the most passionate, sensuous evenings we’d had in a long time.

We were spent, satisfied, and curled up ready for sleep, before we heard Sue and Steve come to their room. Evidently with only us at this end of the house with them, the idea of noise didn’t seem to be a problem for Steve. 

I don’t think I had ever heard anyone else get spanked before. I sat up to listen. Poking Tom, I whispered, “Listen, listen.” 

Tom pulled me back. “Be still, Cassie, it’s none of our business.”

How strange and almost embarrassing. I buried my face in the pillow to drown out my giggles. Tom popped my sore derrière. “Hush, girl,” he commanded. I hushed as best I could, but I must tell you it was one of the funniest things I have ever heard.

Everyone seemed to be in a rush the next morning, packing and heading for the airport. Sue and I didn’t have time for a private conversation. 

Annie did ask, “Steve, what in the world are you doing to Sue these days? She’s been in a good mood all week, and that’s not normal for her. What are you doing to keep her so happy?”

Annie was just teasing and Steve only smiled. Sue and I didn’t even glance at one another because we couldn’t have held it together. Soon everyone headed out, but as they were leaving, Sue hugged me goodbye and whispered in my ear, “I guess there’s no fool like an old fool.” I think the girl’s happy and I’m happy for her.

Saturday Spankings - Following the letter of the law

Welcome back! Saturday Spankings is a good place to find some great summer reads. As I continue working on my latest book, in which you’ll see many old friends, I’m highlighting some of my earlier books. Today’s snippet is from, Cassie on the Move, the third in the Cassie’s Space series.

Cassie and Tom love to travel, but Cassie is annoyed that the dreaded ivory brush accompanies them on every trip. When she notices it in Tom’s bag, she holds it for a moment, wondering if, perhaps, it could be left behind on this time.

“Cassie Jane, I want to know what you were doing. You keep your hands off that brush. Were you taking it out of my bag?”

I began in attack mode, “I wasn’t taking anything out of your old suitcase, but why shouldn’t I take the brush out? After all, it’s my brush. It was your wedding gift to me, wasn’t it? Maybe you should ask me before you take it from the dresser.”

I don’t think he was taking me very seriously, since he pulled me over his lap as I fussed. He gave me two scorching swats with the brush before tossing it back into his bag and warmed me a bit more with his hand.

“I’ll tell you what gives me the right – I’m your husband.” I found that answer extremely unsatisfying, but he was helping me up and I felt it in my best interest to keep my mouth shut for the most part.

I gave him a scowl as I rubbed away the sting. “I didn’t do anything wrong, you know. Are you going to be this picky on our whole vacation?” I asked.

“Probably,” he answered, grinning and giving me a quick kiss. “Now don’t you touch that brush or my suitcase. Understand?”

Of course, I understood. I’m not an idiot. Actually, I consider myself a well-behaved wife. When I carefully reached in and removed all his underwear, I didn’t touch the brush or his suitcase. I felt our trip was about to be off to a wonderful start.
