Saturday Spankings - Spanking for the Right Reason

Welcome to Saturday Spankings. I have another snippet from On the River, the first book in my newest series.

While Tom’s been away Cassie jumps into something Tom sees as dangerous. Finding out about it as soon as he returns, he’s about to let Cassie know how he feels. Tears, before the spanking takes him off guard. But I love Cassie’s explanation.

Cassie stared at her husband. She didn’t want to fight with him. She’d missed him and she just wanted to be held. A single tear slipped down her cheek before she could catch it.

Tom knew Cassie’s tears. He’d seen them caused by anger, by joy and certainly from a spanking or two. He knew often her tears were cleansing, a true release of fear or stress. But now there was only sadness in the tears and those hurt him.

“Come lie down with me,” he said and they curled up on the bed together. Cassie still cried silently as he held her and kissed her softly.

Finally as her tears stopped she told Tom, “I was going to tell you. Not the moment you walked in the door, of course. But I loved what the man said last night and I wanted to share it with you. It was more of a motivational speech than anything. It made me feel confident and brave and powerful… he made me feel like I could do anything.”

Tom shook his head. “Just what I wanted, someone to make you more confident and bold!”

“Tom I don’t care if you spank me or not – but if you do, do it for the right reason.”

“And that would be…”

“Do it because you love me and love to spank me – not because I did something wrong, because I didn’t. I know you want me safe, but you can’t protect me from life. I’m going to live and enjoy it, not sit in a safe bubble until I die of boredom.”

Cassie and Tom Duff live at The Landing, a beautiful neighborhood by the river in their little town in North Carolina. You’ll find a unique community on the river - dominant men, strong women, intense love and loyal friendships. Most of the couples here live a domestic discipline lifestyle where the husbands are the head of the household. It can’t be said that these ladies always follow their husbands’ lead and the men often have their hands full trying to keep up with their fun-loving and headstrong wives. Spanking is part of their lives, but usually it’s for the sexy fun of it all … usually.

This first book in a new series by PK Corey follows the funny, quirky and romantic escapades of Cassie and her friends, Sue and Annie, as well as the younger generation who are all involved in solving a problem from Cassie’s past.

Come and join the ride! You’ll definitely feel like you’re a part of the family.

Saturday Spanking - No Escape

Welcome to Saturday Spankings once again. I’m taking my snippet today from Cassie’s Conflict, the fifth book in the Cassie’s Space series. Cassie spent the afternoon downing a couple of pitchers of martinis with Sue. You can read that snippet here.  Tom picked her up and brought her home without much to say… until the next morning.

Tom brought me some scrambled eggs and dry toast and thankfully, coffee. As I ate slowly, I tried to begin, “Tom, I’m so sorry. I don’t know what came over me yesterday. I…”
He interrupted me. “I know exactly what happened. I don’t want to talk about it just now. Can you get up? I want you to go ahead and take your shower.”
I don’t like it when Tom won’t talk to me. But it was in my best interest to be as agreeable as possible. Standing in the shower, I began to realize how a mouse must feel with the cat prowling outside its home. My thoughts were racing with anything I could possibly say to talk my way out of this one. Nothing came to mind other than blaming Sue for mixing the martinis in the first place, but somehow I didn’t think that was going to get me far.
I tried to reassure myself. Tom hadn’t punished me in a long time. Perhaps he was mellowing a bit. He hardly ever spanks with anything but his hand these days and even though a hard hand spanking from Tom is nothing to sneeze at, I knew I could handle it. Taking comfort from these thoughts, I slipped on my robe, took a deep breath and came out into the bedroom.
Tom was sitting quietly in the chair waiting for me. He was rubbing the smooth side of the ivory brush against his hand. He looked sternly at me and said, “Now, I’m ready to talk.”

Saturday Spanking - Completely innocent

Welcome back to another quarantine Saturday Spankings. I sure do want to see the world return to a more normal state, but until it does we’ll just have to keep amusing ourselves. I’m hoping snippets from my Cassie’s Space series can help a little. I’m continuing with one from Cassie on the Move.
Cassie and Tom and their friends are still on the cruise. Because Cassie snuck out to a show Tom told her not to go to, he has confined her to the ship the day he and the guys go golfing. Even that can’t keep Cassie away from trouble as she gets a black eye in the pool and breaks a nail while wall-climbing. When Tom returns he can’t find Cassie but finds some shopping bags leading him to think she did leave the ship to go shopping. When she shows up in their suite she is able to convince him she had followed his orders.

Tom stood watching me a moment longer before he finally sank into a chair with a heavy sigh. “Cassie, you are going to worry me to death. I was working up to giving you the worst spanking you’ve had in quite a while. If it had turned out you’d left this ship –”
“Just stop, I don’t want to hear about it,” I shushed him as I came over to sit on his lap. We just sat quietly for a while, content with one another.
After a bit, Tom stood me up, and taking my hand, led me to the bedroom. Entering the room, he said, “I still think somebody needs a spanking.”
“Oh really?” I asked, falling right into his teasing. “Perhaps someone who jumped to hasty conclusions?”
“No,” Tom countered. “It would be the one who ran around the ship without a thought to proper decorum and ended up with a black eye and a broken nail.”
He was telling me this as he was helping me out of my slacks and pulling down my panties. He sat on the bed and pulled me across his lap. He quickly began taking out some of his earlier worries on his favorite target, but I’ll take this kind of attention anytime, although he surely can deliver a sting even when he is just playing.
When he finally let me up, my cheeks were as red as the eye of a stove and felt nearly as hot. I was doing my “just got spanked” dance, to Tom’s usual enjoyment, when he said, “Cassie, I hope you managed to get all your wildness out of your system today so I can relax for the rest for this trip.”
My rear was throbbing, as well as a few other places, as I pushed Tom back on the bed. As I climbed onto the bed to join him, I began unbuttoning his shirt.
“I haven’t done anything wild today, at least not yet, but you better hold on to your hat now.” And for all his big talk, he didn’t seem to mind a bit.

Saturday Spankings - Blast from the Past

We’re still here and I’m so happy you stopped by today to enjoy some Saturday Spankings. I hope you are all safe and healthy. I know many home with kids of various ages find themselves more busy than normal, but it you do have extra reading time I hope you’ll try my Cassie’s Space series. I’m taking my snippet today from the third book Cassie on the Move.

Cassie and Tom are attending a convention for Tom’s work. At the dance after the banquet Cassie has a run in with a man from her past – one she had hoped to never see again. But this man, whom she had dubbed ‘Peabrain’ didn’t seem to take the hint and asked her to dance.

He had obviously been drinking. He had to know I wouldn’t have danced with him if my life had depended on it. I didn’t even choose to respond. I stepped around him, but before I could move away that fool grabbed my ass and squeezed, saying, “Don’t remember what you’re missing, do you?”
There are no words that can describe my outrage. I’m not sure what rose to the surface first. Possibly pain, because I’d been thoroughly spanked just hours earlier. Or perhaps it was simply fury that any man, especially this one, would put his hands on me uninvited.
Without giving it any real thought, I turned and threw my drink into his leering face. He tried to wipe the alcohol from his eyes with one hand while grabbing my arm with his other. “You fucking slut—” I heard him say before fear seemed to close my ears. Even knowing Tom and my friends were close by, I felt real terror. I’d experienced this man’s violence before. For an insistent I felt I was transported back to that horrible night. I could almost feel his hand on my throat and see his fist drawn back to strike me.
All this happened in seconds. When he grabbed me I just had time to call out, “Tom!”
Instantly, it seemed, I heard Tom shouting, “Take your hands off her.” And I sensed a stampede of people heading our way. As they neared, Peabrain didn’t just let go. He shoved me hard and I stumbled, trying to regain my balance. Tom was there to catch me before I fell.
Peabrain shouted, “That stupid bitch threw—”
With Tom holding me, it was Steve whose punch caught Peabrain in the mouth and sent him falling back over some chairs.
