Saturday Spankings - Spanking for the right reason

Welcome to Saturday Spankings. I have another snippet from On the River, the first book in my latest series. Book two, Secrets on the River will be out early in August.

In today’s snippet Cassie has once again found a way to get Tom wound up. She had a fun, exciting evening the night before but Tom only sees the danger. As often happen Tom is torn over keeping his wife safe and keeping her happy.

Cassie stared at her husband. She didn’t want to fight with him. She’d missed him and she just wanted to be held. A single tear slipped down her cheek before she could catch it.

Tom knew Cassie’s tears. He’d seen them caused by anger, by joy and certainly from a spanking or two. He knew often her tears were cleansing, a true release of fear or stress. But now there was only sadness in the tears and those hurt him.

“Come lie down with me,” he said and they curled up on the bed together. Cassie still cried silently as he held her and kissed her softly.

Finally as her tears stopped she told Tom, “I was going to tell you about it. Not the moment you walked in the door, of course. But I loved what the man said last night and I wanted to share it with you. It was more of a motivational speech than anything. It made me feel confident and brave and powerful… he made me feel like I could do anything.”

Tom shook his head. “Just what I wanted, someone to make you more confident and bold!”

“Tom I don’t care if you spank me or not – but if you do, do it for the right reason.”

“And that would be…”

“Do it because you love me and love to spank me – not because I did something wrong, because I didn’t. I know you want me safe, but you can’t protect me from life. I’m going to live and enjoy it, not sit in a safe bubble until I die of boredom.”

Saturday Spankings - Things are about to get ugly

Happy Saturday to you. I’m happy to let you know that I have begun a new series – with some old friends. The first book in that series will be out early in January. More about that in the future. Today’s snippet is from Cassie’s Influence, the sixth in the Cassie’s Space series.

Tom and Cassie have been happily married for decades. Their love and faithfulness has never wavered, but when another woman comes on strong for Tom, Cassie is not one to take it lightly. Cassie and Sue send her an email, supposedly from Tom, telling her that he is uncomfortable with her advances and for her to leave him alone. Unfortunately, that didn’t stop her and she texted back.

Tom, you have to learn to loosen up. Life is too short not to go after pleasure. I promise I can rock your world and I can be very discreet about it. But I'm not against including your wife. Bring her along. What man doesn't enjoy a three way? I'll expect to hear from you.

And in case your wife isn't the adventurous type, I wouldn't have any trouble rounding up a third. And here are a few other things we could try…

She then proceeded to tick off nearly ever sex act and perversion known to man. Standing there staring at what she had written, I began to create a mental picture, almost a movie in my head, of what she was wanting to do in bed with MY husband.

It took just a minute to get my breath back. Sue and I stared at one another speechlessly. That bitch thought I would share him? A threesome? I felt like there was a tornado beginning somewhere around my middle, and it was about to break into a raging storm.

Blurb:

Intentionally or not, Cassie’s influence spreads. Sue’s marriage has improved through Cassie’s influence. However, when Sue’s marriage unexpectedly takes a turn for the worse, Sue pushes for the solution she feels will work, a solution that could put Cassie on a collision course with the ivory brush.

Allie and Ryan are both feeling influence from Cassie and Tom. Cassie doesn't mean to lead Allie astray - but Allie sees Cassie as a role model. Every adventure, old or new, captures Allie's attention, which increases her desire to be more like her mentor. But for better or worse, Ryan is just as determined to be like Tom.

Saturday Spankings - Penalty for Sneaking Away

Another Saturday rolled around and we’re back for more Saturday Spankings! I’m sticking with the second book in my Cassie’s Space series, Cassie’s Tale. Cassie, Sue and Annie, angry that their husbands had canceled a planned trip because of a work conflict, head to Bermuda. Only sharing their plan with the men after they arrived.
Tom comes to Bermuda, traveling with the ivory brush and lets Cassie know exactly how he felt about her leaving the country without even telling him. The spanking was intense…

When he stopped and started rubbing, as bad as it had been, I had expected worse. I still wasn’t really listening until I heard him say that was for day one. The realization that this was day three sank in just before he started again.
If he had missed any spots the first time, he surely took care of everything on the second. The man knew how to spank. My tears, the tears that at any other situation in our lives grab his attention and cause him to pet and comfort me, had absolutely no effect during a spanking. Pleading had no effect either, but it didn’t keep me from trying. “Please Tom, stop. I’ll listen, oww, oww, please.”
Tom paused again. Day two might have been a bit shorter, but just as intense, and when he stopped to rub, he started with the questions. “Are you planning on running out on me again, girl?”
“No, Tom, I promise…”
“Are you planning to leave the country without my permission again?”
“No, please, Tom, I’ll never do it again…”
When he started again, I couldn’t help it. I put my hand back for some protection. This is a cardinal sin in our house. Tom loves my hands and refuses to let them be “in the line of fire” so to speak. Tom paused and said in a voice that caught my attention, “If I see that hand back here again, I’ll start over.”
I could tell he was deadly serious. I snatched my hand away and clutched the comforter on the bed as hard as I could. That last volley was short but impressive. He finally finished and tossed the brush onto the chair.
Tom helped me up and cuddled me while I finished crying. “Shh… it’s all over,” he comforted. I felt raw, but the sound of his voice, tender, loving, felt like a cooling balm.
Tom turned the bed back. There’s no sleeping pill in the world that knocks me out as thoroughly as a serious spanking from Tom. Maybe it’s the release, the knowledge that it’s over, that everything is now good between us. I don’t know, but it nearly always happens. Tom undressed and climbed in with me, not to make love, but just to hold me. Although I was sore as could be, the feeling of my burning bottom pressed up against him was the best feeling I knew.
As I drifted away with Tom at my back, I knew he thought I was already asleep, when I heard him whisper, “Don’t ever leave me, Cassie.” The combination of the burn, his arms around me, and the love in his voice made me feel surrounded by bliss that few people ever experience.

Saturday Spanking - Asking without asking

Welcome to a Saturday Spankings. Hopefully this will help warn us up on this cold wintery day. I’m putting up snippets from my first book, Cassie’s Space. Cassie and Tom lived a domestic discipline lifestyle since they were married. It was actually several years in before Tom introduce spanking just for fun.
He used the ruse one day of scolding Cassie for not putting a dress, that she had momentarily placed on the bed, properly – when in truth she was much more fastidious about the care of her clothes than Tom was about his. Ending his scolding with the words, “So from now on, if I find your clothes thrown around as I have tonight, you’ll get a spanking – like you’re getting tonight.” He had a wonderful playful gleam in his eyes and a fantastic night to follow. Cassie was a fan at once!

We’ve come so far since that night. We know each other so much better and we love each other so much more. Over the years, games have come and gone, but as that special evening floated through my mind again I couldn’t help wondering if it would still work. I decided to give it a try. Starting at the door, I left a trail of clothing across the bedroom floor, shoes, slacks, blouse, bra and panties. Tom came up shortly and stopped just inside the door to survey the scene. All the clothing scattered on the floor, and me in bed, wearing nothing but a big grin. He just shook his head and walked over, rolling up his sleeves, saying, “Cassie, when will you ever learn?”
