Saturday Spanking - April 11

Welcome to Saturday Spankings – my favorite blog hop. I love reading everyone newest snippet and I today I’m especially happy to be sharing a snippet from Cassie’s Influence the latest Cassie book, which will be out in early May.
Cassie rarely sets out to get herself in trouble, but this time she’s clearly guilty. Tom wants to go to a large dinner party being hosted by his firm. Cassie does not, and begins a campaign to leave early as soon as they arrive by whispering naughty thoughts into Tom’s ear. When they prove ineffective, she steps it up a notch.

As we were finishing up the main course, Tom was talking with the lady on the other side of him when I reached over under the table, laid my hand between his legs and gave a little squeeze. Tom actually dropped his fork as he turned to me. I can’t even begin to describe that look.
He stared for a full thirty seconds before he found his voice. “Cassie, are you feeling alright? You have that look in your eye like you’re getting a fever.” He put his hand to my cheek. “I have a feeling your cheeks are going to be red and burning before bedtime. I think we’d better leave now.”

Blurb: Intentionally or not, Cassie’s influence spreads. Sue’s marriage had improved through Cassie’s influence.  However when Sue’s marriage unexpectedly takes a turn for the worse, Sue pushes for the solution she feels will work, a solution that could put Cassie on a collision course with the ivory brush.

Allie and Ryan are both feeling influence from Cassie and Tom. Cassie doesn't mean to lead Allie astray - but Allie sees Cassie as a role model. Every adventure, old or new, captures Allie's attention, which increases her desire to be more like mentor. But for better or worse, Ryan is just as determined to be like Tom.

  1. Yeah, her cheeks will be red and burning before bedtime all right, but it won't be due to a fever. Made me laugh. Congrats on Cassie's box set release,

    1. Thanks so much Kathryn! I'm pretty excited with the box set and with a new book coming out. And you're right - no fever, but Tom was correct.

  3. Is he being playful or serious? Will she be in for a fun spanking or a punishment one? Most men would are pleased if their wives showed them this kind of attention.

    1. I think he was annoyed at her manipulation - but definitely not angry. She'll have those red and burning cheeks, but I think she feel it was worth it.
