Welcome to Saturday Spankings! In this snippet from Cassie on the Move, all the gang are enjoying a cruise together. Because Cassie and Sue had snuck out to a show Tom had not wanted Cassie to go to, he confined her to the ship as he and the men went golfing the next day. While on the climbing wall Cassie slipped and broke a nail. Since Tom is so fond of her hands, she hurried to have the nail repaired, ordering the girl not to tell Tom what she was doing. When Tom spots all the ladies without Cassie…
“Where’s Cassie?” he demanded.
To which the girls all answered in unison, “Cassie?” as if they’d never heard of me before. Really, could they have been any more suspicious?
Sue said it was as close to shouting as she had ever heard from Tom when he thundered, “Where is my wife?”
Although they had all promised not to tell him I was having a nail repaired, we had forgotten to collaborate on a story as to what I was supposed to be doing. Faced with an angry husband, the girls all seemed to be stammering for an answer until Annie nearly yelled, “We’ll help you look for her!” And then as if a starting gun had sounded they all took off in different directions. Sue said later it must have looked like a scene from the Keystone Cops as they all bumped into each other in their dash to get away before Tom could corner anyone with specific questions.
As the girls scattered to the four corners of the ship to avoid Tom, I finished up and headed back to the suite to see what had Tom in such a lather. As I walked in, Tom was slamming the phone down. Sue had not been kidding. The man was furious.
“My goodness, Tom, what in the world’s got you so upset?” I asked in my best conversational tone. He chose not to answer me, nor did he come and hug me as he nearly always does, even when he’s mad. He went to the bar and fixed himself a drink, without asking if I wanted anything. Something had him upset for sure.
“What happened to your eye?” he asked, seemingly without concern. My hand flew up. I had forgotten all about the eye.
“I fell in the pool and hit the ladder. It doesn’t hurt much.” The finger hurts worse, I started to add, but quickly caught myself. I walked over to him and gave him a kiss. No response. Okay, this was something very big. Since this usually means I am going to be rump roast, I took a chair far out of reach before I asked again, “What’s wrong?”
Tom rarely yells, but his words were clipped, cold, and full of anger when he said, “I want to know why you left this ship when I told you specifically not to. Tell me, what in your mind justified that?”
What?
“Tom, what are you talking about? I didn’t leave the ship today.” Now, Tom has no trouble reading my guilty face regardless of how I might try to hide it. But that means he can also recognize my genuine look of innocence and shock. That look seemed to startle him.
“Cassie,” he warned, in voice a bit less harsh, “I am not in the mood for any evasions or word games. Did you leave this ship today?”
“No,” I repeated emphatically. “I didn’t even consider it. What makes you think I did?”
“This,” said Tom, stalking over to the closet and pulling out a Del-Sol bag. “Could you tell me why this was hidden it the closet?”
I stared at the bag I had never seen before, wondering myself for a second. “Tom, I didn’t even know that was here. Annie got the shirts for me this morning. I didn’t even remember to ask her for them. She must have stuck them in there for me before we went to lunch. And gracious, honey,” I laughed, “don’t you know I'm a better sneak than to hide them in the closet where you put your clubs?”
I could tell his anger was rapidly fading. But he wasn’t completely appeased yet. “Well then, what in the Sam Hill have you been doing for the past hour? The girls looked so guilty I was worried you had jumped ship and thrown your lot in with the pirates.”
I had to laugh. “I think you scared Sue.”
“So you have talked to her,” he pounced. “Just where were you? And what were you doing that they were trying so hard to keep from me?”
I felt incredible relief as I watched his anger drain away, so I told him. “Since you obviously thought I had done so much worse, I’ll tell you. Sue and Annie and I tried out the climbing wall and I broke a nail. I was having it repaired before you saw it and pitched a hissy fit.”
Tom stood watching me a moment longer before he finally sank into a chair with a heavy sigh. “Cassie, you are going to worry me to death. I was working up to giving you the worst spanking you’ve had in quite a while. If it had turned out you’d left this ship –”
“Just stop, I don’t want to hear about it,” I shushed him as I came over to sit on his lap. We just sat quietly for a while, content with one another.
After a bit, Tom stood me up, and taking my hand, led me to the bedroom. Entering the room, he said, “I still think somebody needs a spanking.”
“Oh really?” I asked, falling right into his teasing. “Perhaps someone who jumped to hasty conclusions?”
“No,” Tom countered. “It would be the one who ran around the ship without a thought to proper decorum and ended up with a black eye and a broken nail.”
He was telling me this as he was helping me out of my slacks and pulling down my panties. He sat on the bed and pulled me across his lap. He quickly began taking out some of his earlier worries on his favorite target, but I’ll take this kind of attention anytime, although he surely can deliver a sting even when he is just playing.
When he finally let me up, my cheeks were as red as the eye of a stove and felt nearly as hot. I was doing my “just got spanked” dance, to Tom’s usual enjoyment, when he said, “Cassie, I hope you managed to get all your wildness out of your system today so I can relax for the rest for this trip.”
My rear was throbbing, as well as a few other places, as I pushed Tom back on the bed. As I climbed onto the bed to join him, I began unbuttoning his shirt.
“I haven’t done anything wild today, at least not yet, but you better hold on to your hat now.” And for all his big talk, he didn’t seem to mind a bit.
Cassie it truly on the move now. A new home on the river brings excitement – a new house, new neighbors and new adventures. She learns to shoot paint-ball guns and play at water parks with the children of the neighborhood.
Cassie’s traveling too. She’s taking trips with just the girls, attending conventions for Tom’s work and vacationing with Tom and their friends. But when Cassie begins having dizzy spells Tom thinks a slower pace is in order. Getting Cassie to slow down and take care of herself proves to be quite a challenge. A challenge Tom is more than determined to take on.
Cassie’s Space series
These ten books introduce Cassie. She is my friend and has been since she wandered into my imagination fifty-four years ago. She is married to Tom, the man who loves her in a way that makes my heart nearly burst with happiness for the two of them. He loves her, guides her, protects her and when necessary, spanks the fool out of her. I’ve been told that their adventures are exciting, funny and realistic. Their love-life is passionate and fulfilling – but you’ll hear no graphic details, Cassie is a lady and giving too much detail would not be proper.
Cal’s Law series
Cal and Jenny are one of my younger couple. The spanking in their relationship began mere minutes after they met, and Cal hasn’t let up much since. There relationship has it’s struggles, but these two are meant to be together. They live in the same town as Cassie and Tom and there is a lot of interactions among the character of both series. Jenny is not as reluctant as Cassie to openly discuss her sex life, so you’ll find a little more spice in this series.
On the River series
In this, my latest series, everyone is around – all the characters I’ve grown to love over the years are living on the area of the river that they call The Landing. Their lives, their adventures, even their spankings sometimes intertwine. By this time in the series, I’m just typing as my characters tell me what’s happening. And I love it!
These books do take you through time as it passes, but please don’t think you have to read them in order. Start anywhere. Just grab one and give it a try. If you are a spanking
I’ll close today with a review on the latest book. This is one of the finest reviews I’ve ever had.
Starting with the first Cassie book until now, I have never been disappointed or failed to wait expectantly for the next one.
